1985: First activities as a musician (drummer) and autoditact programmer in various projects.
1986: Co-founding*N.G. Medien*, a label which mainly manufactured and distributed audio tapes of diverse electronic music projects.
1988: First productions for release on vinyl/cd (project *Lassigue Bendthaus*)
1990: Release of first album/cd, followed by works and releases for other labels of the Frankfurt/M. area.
1991: Collaborations and 12inch releases with various Frankfurt artists and dj's.
1992: Releases in the UK., Benelux, Spain, France and the USA, mainly on labels connected with popular dance music. Top 40 chart entry in Belgium.
1994: Foundation of label *Rather Interesting* on which mainly his own music is released. Collaborations with with musicians such as Pete Namlook (Frankfurt), Bill Laswell (New York), Tetsu Inoue (New York), Haruomi Hosono (Tokyo), Victor Sol (Barcelona), Dandy Jack (Frankfurt/Santiago), Marc Behrens (Frankfurt), amongst others. Besides releases on his own label he continues producing records for other labels and plays shows worldwide.
1997: Leaving his hometown Frankfurt/M. to move activities and headquarter to the city of Santiago de Chile.
1998: Rather Interesting continues. Various releases and licenses to Japan and Europe. Further collaboration with ex-*Yellow Magic Orchestra* member Haruomi Hosono for his Tokyo based label. Collaboration, remix- and production works with/for Towa Tei.
1999: Release of *Pop Artificielle*.
2000: Worldwide release of *El Baile Alemán* which featured cover versions of Kraftwerk songs *latin style*. License of title "Showroom Dummies" for the mexican movie "Y tu Mamá también". First tour with "Señor Coconut and his Orchestra".
2001: Release of *El Baile Alemán* in Hongkong and Mexico. Remix works for artists such as "Air", "Moreno Veloso", "Depeche Mode" and others. Release of album "Outer Space/Inner Space", project "Flanger" (Ninja Tune UK, Canada and Japan).
2002: Remixes for japanese artists "Bonnie Pink" and "Rip Slyme". Tour through Latin Amercia, October/November 2002 with the "Flanger" project (Paraguay, Brasil, Argentina, Bolivia and Chile (also named "The Fitzcarraldo Tour")). Release of "Geeez 'n' Ghosh" album "Nobody knows" through Nil Plateaux Germany/Canada. Production of the title "End of a Love Affair" for Towa Tei (label Akashic/Tokyo) and various releases on "Rather Interesting". Remixes for Cesaria Evora, Merzbow, Shantel and others Releases on "Rather Interesting".
2003: Release of "Señor Coconut" album "Fiesta Songs" in Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, Brasil and Chile. Several tours throughout the world performing songs from the first two Sr. Coconut albums. Participation on Ryuichi Sakamoto's "Chain Music" project. Remix swap with Martin Gore
2004: The entire backcatalogue is uploaded and available through iTunes. Remixes for Jam & Spoon, The Real Tuesday Weld, J. Garcia Esquivel, Sketch Show, Towa Tei. Production of title "White Car" for japanese anime movie "Appleseed" 10th anniversary release on "Rather Interesting" includes previously unreleased material.
2005: Releases on "Rather Interesting" and remastering/re-issueing of backcatalogue materials
2006: Production and release of Sr. Coconut album "Yellow Fever!" which contains cover versions of "Yellow Magic Orchestra" and includes guest appearances of the three YMO members (H. Hosono, Y. Takahashi & R. Sakamoto). The release is promoted by extensive touring throughout the year. Performing "Sonar Sound Tokyo together with H. Hosono and Y. Takahashi. Remixes for Tosca, Stephan Remmler and others Releases of new and backcatalogue material on "Rather Interesting"
2007: Together with Masaki Sakamoto, production of soundtrack music for Sony's new version of the classic "Space Invader" game. Production and mix of title "Fly me to the Moon" for japanese singer Coppe. Production and mix of title "Dreams are my Reality" for austrian crooner Louie Austen. Release of album "The Birth of Aciton", project "Surtek Collective". Remixes for Les Baxter, Perez Prado, Jamie Lidell, M.A.N.D.Y., Plaid, Kumi Koda and others. Production of Album "We are the Shepherds", artist OMFO. Recording session with Station Rose in Frankfurt/M. Recording of new Sr. Coconut Album.
2008: Release of Sr. Coconut album "Around the World through Essay Recordings, PIAS, New State, National and Doublemoon, followed by a world tour.
2009: First Release on Raster-Noton. Liedgut.
